Audit Seniors, at EY for a few years, often start to become disillusioned — their hours are long, the rewards aren’t great and job satisfaction is low. They rarely get an opportunity to see what their work achieves.
Our task was simple — show these young people that what they do matters.
We created a film where a young auditor steps away from her desk to take a break and wanders into a world where she can see the good that comes from a quality audit.
She moves seamlessly from scenario to scenario, all based on real EY case studies, and ends up back at her desk with renewed enthusiasm and energy, having seen all the good her efforts have helped happen.
Originally intended as an internal film, the response was such that EY asked us to repackage it as a customer facing film, setting the benchmark for future brand activity.
